Downloading, Installing, and Logging into the Receiptflow Mobile App

The Receiptflow mobile app is essential for snapping photos of receipts and submitting expenses while you're on the go. This guide shows you how to install and securely log in to the app.


Step 1: Find and Install the App


The official Receiptflow mobile app is named simply Receiptflow on both app stores.


For iOS (iPhone/iPad) Users:


  1. Search for "Receiptflow" in the Apple App Store.
  2. Direct Link: ‎Receipt Flow Scanner App - App Store


For Android Users:


  1. Search for "Receiptflow" in the Google Play Store.
  2. Direct Link: Expense Scanner - Receipt Flow – Apps on Google Play
  3. Tap the Get or Install button to download and install the app on your device.
  4. Once the installation is complete, tap the Open button to launch the Receiptflow app.


Step 2: Securely Log In with OTP


The Receiptflow mobile app uses a secure, passwordless login method, requiring only your email address and a one-time verification code (OTP).


  1. Open the Receiptflow app.
  2. Enter the Email Address you used when creating your Receiptflow account.
  3. Tap the Log In button. (Note: You do not need a separate password for the mobile app.)
  4. Check your email inbox for a new email from Receiptflow containing your One-Time Password (OTP).
  5. Navigate back to the Receiptflow app and enter the received OTP into the verification field.
  6. Tap Verify to complete the login process.


Troubleshooting Login


  • If you do not receive the OTP: Check your spam or junk folder. Ensure the email address you entered is the same one associated with your Receiptflow account.
  • If you are locked out: If multiple failed attempts occur, wait a few minutes and try again, or contact support.
